Andrew's Here!

Andrew James Farmer was born October 14, 2008 at 12:59 a.m. He weighed in at 6 pounds 15 ounces and is 20.5 inches long. He's a great baby who eats, sleeps and only cries occasionally. He was a little stubborn on deciding when he wanted his birthday, but once he made up his mind, things went pretty quickly. Mom and baby are doing great. The nurses for both Mom and Andrew said that we were low maintenance patients.

Nathan and Abbie are great older siblings. Nathan just pats his blanket and says, "It's OK, Andrew." Abbie wants to be involved in every aspect of his life. She told me she was very good at holding and rocking babies. They are both great helpers. Right now we are just really glad to have everyone home. Thanks to everyone who has helped us this week. We really do appreciate you!
