Things have been really ordinary around here. I read on the blog of a friend that she had stopped posting because her kids had stopped being funny, and I realized that was why I hadn't posted lately. My kids are great, but they haven't done anything amazing lately. We have allowed the winter blahs to overcome our lives. We have our routine, and we've been sticking to it. I am ready for spring and fewer gray skies.
Abbie is doing great in school--they just celebrated 100 days of school. She's very excited for the Olympics to start so she can see the skaters.
Nathan is doing great, too. He's a good helper and loves to play with his train set from Santa. He still enjoys his visits to Debra and loves to go to Primary with his Abbie.
Andrew is curious. He loves to get into things and follow the kids around. He's learning new things all the time.
Michael loves his work. It's good to hear his laughter and exclamations of joy coming from the basement. We'll miss it when the office in Rexburg opens.
I'm the same.
Thank goodness for the Olympics where we can jumble up the routines just enough to polish off our expertise in moguls and salchows and attempt to understand the thrill of curling.
Go Team USA!
