Summer-o-rama

For summer fun, we have been kite flying, water playing, tent sleeping, bbqing, and zoo attending. It could probably be called quiet for some, but it's been nice for us. We like calm adventures. Here are some pics of the summer so far:

We finally had a windy day that wasn't freezing so Daddy took the kids to the field behind our church to fly their birthday kites. They all had a wonderful time.

Who wouldn't have fun in a sprinkler when your dad is a bigger kid than you are?

Wet, cooled off and happy
Playing in the pool with Dad. They all had fun.
We've been having a lot of beef for dinner :-)
The flamingos were a big hit at the zoo again this year.
The annual sit on a statue of a large feline photo
Andrew being happy despite not really understanding why everyone is so excited to look at fence rails in various locations. Next year buddy, you'll understand.
Celebrating Dad's day off/Pioneer Day with a camp out in the backyard. Daddy sure was tired the next day :-)
We visited the Idaho Falls Temple grounds for FHE on our 7th anniversary. The kids love to trace the letters on the wall.
What a good-looking group! It's been a good seven years.
We then went to feed the ducks across the river on the most windy day ever!
My sunshine having a good time.

Summer has been fun, and we still have a few more calm adventures planned so stay tuned!
