Abbie started school today. She was amazing. As soon as we got to school, she heard the bell and walked straight to her door. She waited for her teacher and followed her to the classroom without so much as a "See ya later Mamma!" Nope. The kid was focused. She had things to do and was on her way. I am glad that she was ready and willing not to mention very excited. She had a fun day with stories, coloring and playground time, but she was excited to report that tomorrow they would start working on letters.
At breakfast this morning, we also discovered that she has her first loose tooth. My little girl is growing up to be one amazing kid. Love you Abbie!

That is sooo cute! I love my back to school pictures in front of the front door. Really good memories. Nice that she was focused and you didn't have to peel her from your side like some other parents have to do on the first day of school. Hope the rest of the year goes as well as the first. Tell Abbie good luck on the loose tooth from "daddy's crazy friend". ; )
