We celebrated Nathan's birthday on Sunday with Grandma, Grandpa and Uncle Ryan. We all had lots of fun, but Nathan knew he was the star of the show. He and Abbie especially loved playing with the balloons. In fact, at first he wouldn't put the balloons down to open his presents, but it didn't take him long to figure out that presents are fun, too. He especially loves to play with his new farm animals and sleep on his Curious George pillow. 
He was excited for his cake (aka brownies since Abbie's bday is next week and that is way too much cake for Mom to eat by herself :-) and he even tried to blow out his candles. When he finally got his plate of cake and ice cream he tried to blow the cake again. I guess he wanted to make sure everything was covered. He was really excited about the whole thing and loved all the attention. Happy Birthday Nathan! We love you.
